Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions - Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures - Generate financial reports using accounting software - Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recording of employee hours
Experience:
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Quicken, Sage, or UltiPro - Familiarity with corporate accounting principles and practices - Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records - Knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP or Paychex - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and communication skills Note:
