Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on Durable Medical Equipment (DME) according to company guidelines and safety standards - Conduct equipment inspections and testing to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulatory requirements - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions - Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory - Educate clients on the proper use and care of DME - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new equipment and technologies - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on finding efficient solutions - Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Note:
Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
