As a Construction Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Easy Solutions Construction Team with coordinating and managing the construction shop, administration, purchasing & delivering materials, and overseeing the construction of our new quality homes.
Job duties include but not limited to Must be reliable, punctual, positive, & have driven attitude.
Be receptive to constructive feedback.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Have excellent written and phone communication skills.
Be knowledgeable with residential construction process.
Project site inspections.
General construction labor when necessary.
Comfortable working the phones, emails, and our proprietary software.
Organizing & maintaining inventory quality and control at our shop.
Communicate and schedule suppliers delivery & delivery inspections.
Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Easy Solutions teams.
Knowledgeable with residential blueprints, construction materials, fixtures, and hardware.
Customer service, project notes and updates.
Plan, prepare, and execute schedule with teams, suppliers, and contractors.
Education:
High school diploma / equivalent (required) or higher
Experience:
3
year of customer service experience 5
year of construction experience Ethical, team oriented, passion to help others, committed, and self motivated.
